Huge and modern unit with aircon or fan, very friendly stuff. Particularly good location of the hotel in various restaurants.

The hotel provided a lovely, green atmosphere and superbly friendly staff that enhanced the experience. The bathroom could have been better, as the shower was lukewarm at best, and there were some minor housekeeping oversights, like not replacing toilet paper. Overall a pleasant stay!

Breakfast for Thai treats. Beautifully maintained unit with aircon or fan and a balcony plus fan. Particularly good location not far from shops and restaurants as well as the historic center of Chiang Mai, only 5 minutes walk from Chiang Mai Gate...

The hotel staff treated us like family, always smiling and eager to help with any request. Plus, they even helped us book a half-day trip and guided us on local spots, I reminded me of I was talking to my brother, not just a concierge.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, the experience was still within acceptable bounds.

We enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and the lush garden area, which was perfect for unwinding after our adventures. One small issue was that the pool area could use a bit more space for lounging, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 🌴

Staying at pha thai house was a joy! The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us a handy map to nearby attractions. It's just a quick walk to the night markets, and the whole vibe of the place is like being in a little jungle oasis. Plus, they have a relaxing swimming pool to cool off in!

The swimming pool offers a refreshing respite after a day of wandering around the bustling city. Location puts you right at the center of walkable attractions. The breakfast buffet each morning features a decent assortment of good food to start the day.

No fridge in the room kept my drinks warm, which isn't ideal on a tropical getaway. The occasional moldy smell hinted that the rooms could certainly use a bit of maintenance. The coffee/smoothie shop on site never opened , which could have added a nice touch for a quick caffeine fix. Lastly, the street flooding during the rain left a less-than-ideal impression, even if the surrounding area is otherwise lovely.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price. The options available for purchase felt overpriced and I found better choices in the city. The bathroom desperately needed refreshing, and the room was very dark.

Staying at Pha Thai House was good! The staff exuded warmth and provided excellent local dining recommendations. Its location allowed easy access to nearby markets and temples. Occasional noise from the hallway slightly disrupted the serene experience.

Charming guesthouse, beautiful setting, with a lovely garden that creates a serene atmosphere for relaxation, while being conveniently located just 3 km from the nearest airport for easy access.

This place reminded me of an enchanting oasis right in the heart of the city! The lush garden surrounding the pool was a perfect escape after exploring local spots. Plus, the staff's warm hospitality.

The dining scene nearby is a treasure chest of flavors! Paris, Restaurant & Bar was a standout for slick eats, while Mr Kai Restaurant serves a mean Thai feast. Plus, the pool was perfect for cooling off after exploring nearby temples. Absolutely loved the attentive, friendly staff were great.

The room was perfect for me, a solo traveler, but the noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was a tad too loud at times. It didn't ruin my vibe, but a bit more soundproofing would've been sweet.

What a good stay! The warm. We loved exploring the nearby attractions, and the delicious breakfast spread was a perfect start to our mornings. Don't miss the miso soup. It's a unique touch you won't find everywhere!
